I'm Ankita Bajaj - a Marwari Agrawal girl, born in Assam, raised in Gujarat, and now building a meaningful life and mission in the vibrant city of Bengaluru.

As a nutritionist with over a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of helping more than 10,000 individuals transform their lives through food. My foundation in science and health comes from a Master's degree in Dietetics and Food Service Management, supported by years of hands-on work in leading hospitals, health companies, and as an independent consultant.

The journey that shaped Diet Shaala wasn't just professional - it was deeply personal. As a woman, mother, and working professional, I've experienced the very real challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle while juggling home, work, and personal well-being.
