- Refund Policy: Once enrolled, fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to continue, you may choose to transfer your fees to the next batch or use it for any other Diet Shaala service within 3 months.
- Results May Vary: Weight loss and health improvements may vary based on age, medical conditions, metabolism, and adherence to the plan.
- Consistency Matters: For best results, regular participation in follow-up calls, weekly check-ins, and daily guidance is essential.
- Progress Sharing: Clients must share regular updates (weight, photos, measurements if asked) to help track progress and guide further.
- Medical Conditions: If you have thyroid, PCOS, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, etc., your results may take more time. Be patient and consistent.
- Physical Activity: A light form of daily movement or physical activity (as suggested) is encouraged for better outcomes.
- Holistic Improvements: Even if the health improvement is gradual, you may notice other benefits—improved digestion, fewer cravings, reduced bloating, better skin, energy, and sleep.
- Not Medical Care: This program is not a substitute for any medical treatment.
- Accurate Information & Communication: Any intentional misinformation or lack of communication from the client's side may impact progress, for which Diet Shaala holds no responsibility.
- Group-Based Plans: Group-based plans are standardised; they are not tailored to individual medical reports or lab investigations unless separately discussed.
